Host-Parasitoid-Pathogen Distributed Delay Model with Linear Chain Trick (Rough)

Somethings that I changed 1) Altered to insure that all larvae at different stages (1-30) participate in larval competition 2) Added the pathogen component. All larvae is susceptible. All infected larvae are dead and are occlusion bodies (baculovirus) Why this model is not realistic and needed to be reworked 1) Maturation delay is the same for all three organisms for the sake of simplicity 2) Death rate for all larvae is the same 3) Assumed that all larval individuals have the same risk of being infected (not true!) 4) Some mistakes in the code that need to be taken account of
